Caller said there was some problem with my credit card and if I would press #9 after the call...I could get the info....we did not do it...what a pain in the a..

I never answer my phone, I let the machine do that for me. So far this week I have numerous messages asking if I am Ashlee Somebody (the last name is mumbled)and I have 3 seconds to acknowledge I am her and if not(which I am NOT),to hang up. Well an answering machine doesn't know any better - so the call keeps recording... Ashlee better pay her debt soon. I don't dare call back else they'll have my name as a live caller and amp up the rate of calls. I have had this same # for years AND I PAY MY BILLS.

I answered the call, they asked for a "Mr. Hernandez" I stated (the caller) that she had the wrong number. She paused then asked me to identify myself. I replied "I am not Mr. Hernandez and thats pretty much all you need to know." She then thanked me and hung up. {I don't know if it is a collector or not but I am certain it is not a "dePt" collector. DeBt.

Number calling my phone portraying an office of the law. Looking for information on a friend who used me as a reference.

These calls come all day long and in the evenings too. When I answer no one's there, and they don't leave a message.

They called and told me my subscription to "Discover" magazine had expired. They said that I was a special customer and offered me free gifts if I buy a three year subscription. I deal was good only today, so I gave them my Credit card info. At the end of the conversation they told me they were an outfit called Buisness Subscriber. They gave me a name and phone number to call in case I have any questions. I called Discover Magazine to conffirm my purchase and they told me that i was scammed They had no affliation with that telemarketer. So beware. The telemarketer is in Scottsdaie, AZ. They have been harassing me for months. They have called my work and leave various numbers and names. I owe nothing to anyone, how did they get all my info?? He sounds like he is either chinese or as some said indian, but either way you can't understand a damn word. Someone needs to stop them!
